While we will do our best to communicate your requests to the relevant service provider, we cannot guarantee their fulfilment. Failure to accommodate special requests will not be considered a breach of contract.
Medical Conditions & Accessibility Needs:
If you or any member of your party has a medical condition or disability that may affect travel arrangements, you must notify us in writing at the time of booking with full details.
• Please note that many destinations may lack essential accessibility facilities.
• We reserve the right to decline or cancel bookings if we determine that adequate arrangements cannot be made. Cancellation charges may apply.
• Wheelchair users may be required by the airline to present a "fit-to-fly" medical certificate. Please confirm these requirements directly with the airline or inform our travel experts, who can liaise with the airline on your behalf.
We strongly recommend securing comprehensive travel insurance that covers preexisting medical conditions and spans your entire travel period.

• Travel restrictions after 36 weeks (single pregnancy) or 32 weeks (multiple pregnancy)
It is the passenger’s responsibility to ensure compliance with airline requirements and obtain any necessary medical certification before travel.
We are not liable for denied boarding or travel disruption due to pregnancy-related airline restrictions.

7.1 Airlines may change flight schedules, routes, or timings at any time. We are not responsible for such changes.
7.2 We are not liable for missed flights, missed connections, or additional costs resulting from airline changes.
7.3 Failure to check in or board a flight will be treated as a “no-show” and may result in the entire booking being non-refundable.
However, we will always assist in checking available options with the airline or supplier on your behalf. Any such options will be strictly subject to their guidelines and approval.
Compliance with Local Laws:
It is your responsibility to comply with all applicable laws, customs regulations, and travel policies in the countries you visit. If, in our reasonable opinion, a customer engages in illegal or socially unacceptable behaviour, we and/or our partners reserve the right to terminate travel arrangements immediately, with no entitlement to a refund or compensation.

Your Financial Protection - Businessfly.co.uk operates under FLY2WORLD UK LTD (ATOL Number 12925):
When you buy an ATOL protected flight or flight inclusive holiday from us you will receive an ATOL Certificate. This lists what is financially protected, where you can get information on what this means for you and who to contact if things go wrong.
We, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, will provide you with the services listed on the ATOL Certificate (or a suitable alternative). In some cases, where neither we nor the supplier are able to do so for reasons of insolvency, an alternative ATOL holder may provide you with the services you have bought or a suitable alternative (at no extra cost to you). You agree to accept that in those circumstances the alternative ATOL holder will perform those obligations and you agree to pay any money outstanding to be paid by you under your contract to that alternative ATOL holder. However, you also agree that in some cases it will not be possible to appoint an alternative ATOL holder, in which case you will be entitled to make a claim under the ATOL scheme (or your credit card issuer where applicable).
If we, or the suppliers identified on your ATOL Certificate, are unable to provide the services listed (or a suitable alternative, through an alternative ATOL holder or otherwise) for reasons of insolvency, the Trustees of the Air Travel Trust may make a payment to (or confer a benefit on) you under the ATOL scheme. You agree that in return for such a payment or benefit you assign absolutely to those Trustees any claims which you have or may have arising out of or relating to the non-provision of the services, including any claim against us, the travel agent (or your credit card issuer where applicable). You also agree that any such claims may be re-assigned to another body, if that other body has paid sums you have claimed under the ATOL scheme.
ATOL protection does not apply to all holiday and travel services listed on this website. Please feel free to check with us to confirm the level of protection applicable to your specific booking.
